Keisha is an accomplished technology leader overseeing mission-critical database operations and agile delivery across a multitude of federal agencies including, NOAA, DHS, HHS and Department of State. With more than a decade of experience integrating database operations management and Agile delivery frameworks. Keisha has been instrumental in establishing scalable operational frameworks that balance innovation with governance, streamlining delivery pipelines and strengthening data integrity across critical systems.
Keisha holds a BA from University of Maryland-College Park. She is also a SAFe Certified Product Owner and Manager. She has a deep passion for traveling and enjoys taking a few trips to satisfy her wanderlust.
